Default Pittman arm

Do I need a drop down pittman arm for a 4" lift. I bought an 85 Jimmy with a 4" lift. It has blocks instead of springs. Doesn't seem to have very good turn radius. Someone mentioned the pittman arm. Any ideas?

if it has the lifted steering arm on the knuckle then it shouldnt. with a 4inch lift it kinda sits straight with that 4inch lift arm. but yeah if you dont have that lift steering arm.... ive never seen a drop pitman arm for a fullsize truck (im assuming its a fullsize cause you said lift blocks) but they may make them.
