SAS Coil Lift Question
Hey guys. I have a 98 4dr blazer with a D30 up front and stock XJ coils with daystar 1.75" coil spacers. I am looking to have 2.25" total lift up front with out a spacer now. I see the blazer weighs like 1000 more than an XJ. But the weight split is about 50/50 versus the XJ.
I am looking at the skyjacker or superlift 2.5" XJ coils and thinking their should be a slight sag due to the weight difference. Would the 2.5" be a safe bet to get the 2.25" im going for or would the 3" coils be good to have room for "Sag?"
IDK if this is worded the best but any input on subject would be great. Thanks guys.
Also, The TJs spring rate is a lot different. Compared to the XJ stock coil a TJ coil would lower me 1". So maybe a 3.5" lift coil from a TJ would get me the 2.25" im looking for as well.
Any ideas for ford coils too?
