Default Suspenion or Body Lift?

Hi. I've had chrome rims on my 2000 blazer for the last few summers but it's time for a change. I want to go with the 31x10.5 r15 tires with cragar soft 8 rims. I know that a lift of at least 2" is needed for the wheel clearance. What would be easier on the car and wallet, a 2" suspension lift or a 2" body lift. Any advice is helpful. Also, I am selling the rims they are 4 American Racing Sting chrome 20" rims. 5x4.75 with low profile tires, one brand new. I am looking for about $800 to buy the new tires and rims.

2" body lift would be cheaper.
