i've been looking into a suspension lift on my 99 blazer. i had found one that i wanted, but a chevy dealer told me this morning that they would only work on a four door, and not on a two door. i was just wondering if anyone could confirm or deny this. i just wanna get a little bit higher up but theyre saying the smallest one for a 2 door is 6". i would apreciate any insite. Thanks

That would inaccurate. The front ends are the same for a 2 door vs a 4 door, aside from the sway bar thickness, as are the rear ends.

thought SUPERLIFT made a 2 inch kit?

They do. The dealer probably just doesn't have the 2' kit cataloged as for 2/4-door...just the 4-door.

if your just looking for a 2in kit just crank the t-bars 1.5" and get shackles for the back

and put undue stress on your front end

Its not undue unless someone crawls under there and does it without your knowledge/consent
And its not really an issue if you stay on top of your maintenance and keep the front end greased. Ive got more than 10k miles of DD usage on 1.5' of torsion bar lift, no problems to report yet. People run into serious problems when they max out the tbars OR install new kits with re-indexed keys, and then still max out the bars.

the superlift is the same as cranking the tbars. it just includes new keys so you can crank them farther. Which puts just as much stree if not more on the t-bars
