For the t-bars, sure. For your ball joints and CV shafts, well, OK is such a relative term...

How far is "all the way up"?

Um... Ok... Like bottomed out or froze up? Can you turn it out?

What are you trying to accomplish here? Level your truck up or lift it? I will ask once more, how far is "all the way up"?

If it is just the bolt being all the way tight, that is fine. It really matters about how far up your suspension is. As you jack up the suspension, the angles change, causing more wear on the ball joints and CV shafts.

Did you measure your front end as you lifted? Or did you just slam the bolt in as far as it goes?
