Default transfer case yoke question

hello, new here and i am completly stumped let me first start out by saying i have a 89 jimmy. totaly modified. i have droped in a 350 sbc and i am runing the stock 4x4 700 trany. i have cut all brakets and removed all of the ifs on the truck. i have replaced it with jeep running gears and put leaf springs on the front of it. i have had the rear drive saft made and in stalled and i am running on the street with no problems at all. the only thing i am lacking is the front drive shaft. so my question is there a place that will make a custom yoke to go on the transfer case to allow the jeep front drive shaft to be installed? ive heard of people doing this conversion all the time. any advice will be appriciated as long as it is helpful. please no bullies or no it alls. thanks.
