Isn't the width a pretty important number here too? I would imagine a 33x12.50 will be significantly more trouble to fit problem-free than a 33x10.50. And I would rather rub on fender than frame, so I say stick to the lower numbered backspacing, but that's just me!

33x10.5 ew, very weird looking tire. and id rather rub frame then fender, theres no sharp edges on the frame that will pop your tire .

You can always trim and hammer back fender though, and have a perfectly fine vehicle. If you turn the tire into the frame over the course of a long time, I would imagine you're causing a whole lot of weird wear to the tire and front end parts!

Edit: ok not perfectly fine, but no adverse mechanical effects

my fenders are as trimmed/far back as they go. I dont rub fender only frame, and id rather rub frame, i dont see how it would cause wear on front end parts, i only rub frame on almost full lock, so it isnt really a big deal anyway.

Ah ok, that's not bad at all then! The only way I could see front end issues is if you kept pushing the turn and it was hitting frame. Like turning into a curb repetedly. But I'm just thinking outloud, you're the one that's done it!

so if youre running 32's on a 6" lift and still have to trim how much trim work am i looking at??? Im planning on taking the front valance off but dont want to have to completely butcher my fenders! do yall think id be better of going with a 10.5 or 12.5" wide tire? sorry so many questions i just dont wanna buy a bunch of parts and be disgusted with myself!

11.5 might be a happy medium. 33x10.50 is a bit rectangular for my taste like 95Blazer was saying. But it's up to you. You just need to be prepared to take steps to get the setup you want!

What size wheel are you planning on running? 15 x 7 or 15 x 8?
