Default Will 2" wheel spacers help with rubbing?

I have a 1998 jimmy 4d that i want to put a 5" trailmaster lift in and 2" body lift and run 33's. Will 2" wheel spacers help with rubbing? Do i still need to trim?

spacers will actually make the rubbing worse. It puts the tires out farther and when turning you will rub the front and back of the fenders
