02 Blazer LS 4x4 - Cluster issue?
I've got an 02 Chevy Blazer that seems to be having some sort of repetitive electrical issue. I was driving it along fine on the highway when the entire gauge cluster dropped dead. Tach, Speedo, fuel, oil, batt, etc all dropped to zero and then popped back up, almost as like re-starting the ignition.
Now to make matters more fun, the only symptoms are coming from the cluster as when this happens my headlights stay on, radio stays on, engine doesn't hesitate, etc.
Am confused as to what would cause this. Any ideas on how to fix?

It is very possible that the ignition switch is to blame. You can test the ignition switch at the connector under the steering column and using the information in the 'anatomy of the ignition switch' in my signature below.
