1994 Full Size Blazer - No Bright headlights

1994 Full Size Blazer - No Bright headlights
I have a 1994 Full Size Blazer, I have headlights but when I switch to my brights (using the turn signal on the steering column) I have no lights. For some reason my brights won't come on. I just replaced the complete headlight assembly and still have the same problem. Any suggestions?
