Default 2001 blazer interior lights suddenly went out after messing with sun visors .

The two sun visors of my car were missing the mirror cover so the light was constantly on for few mins after I'd turn off the car.

I was at the junk yard the other day and saw a 95 jimmy and I took the sun visors.

I was changing the passenger side when I noticed my car doesn't have the second resting place for the extra cover that the jimmy visor had so I took it back and stuck the old one in. What I did to fix my problem was to just get the cover area with the mirror and everything and replace it with mine.

Note that I didn't take off the drivers side off and didn't touch the wiring but at that point only the left LED on the drivers side was functioning. I took the passenger side wiring out to check and see if the connection was done correctly and after that all the lights stopped working. I even checked the 4 lights at the top(2 in front and 2 in the back) and none of them were functioning.

Anyone know whats going on? I'm really clueless when it comes to electricity and I'm thinking it might be something simple and thought I'd post here before I take it to a mechanic
