Ok,
From the driver's seat here's what I have.
All windows work fine in the "lock" position.
When you go to the "normal" position, the windows only work half speed then stop cold. Recycle the ignition key from run to off to run, put the window control back in the "lock" position and it all works again. Move back to the "normal" position and they go dead.
Fuses fine.
Swapped out the relay with no effect.

Any ideas?
