Default 91 s10 blazer electrical issue

Earlier today I was driving and hit a small pothole in the road. The digital gauge cluster went black, and turn signals do not work. I pulled the cluster to try reseating it on the plug, but that didn't make a difference. Any ideas?

reposting it here and trying to get it deleted from general discussions

Congrats, you got hit with the horrible digital dash issue. They are bad for just going out. I had one in my 91 and i could smack the dash and it come on for a bit then go off again. I ended up switching over to analog. I suggest you to do it too. All you need is a analog cluster for $30 off ebay and do the wiring. I suck at wiring and did it in a hour. here's the link
Instrument Cluster Conversion

Or look on ebay and mail it in and have it "remanufactured" for like $130 bucks.

So that link is analog to digital. so I would assume move the 34 pin plug to lower left corner and convert to the 18 pin?

yea, just go backwards with it. Just take a pair of pliers and break off a lil bit of the thin plastic until you have enough to get the 18 pin in the corner.
