95 Blazer Heater/Ac fan blows same speed

95 Blazer Heater/Ac fan blows same speed
I have a 95 Blazer where the blower fan for heater/ac blows the same speed (which is 3rd) on setting 1-3 and nothing on setting #4....and I replaced the fan speed switch but it did not help...pls advise..
