After a day of jumpstarting I got around to tracing out the 1A draw on the battery. It was located to the HORN/DM circuit and I have found a few other threads with the same problem but no real solutions listed or diagrams. Does anyone have the schematic for Fuse #2 for the Horn/DM circuit?
So far I think it's the horns and possibly interior lights. I just want to make sure there is nothing else I would be missing.
I do have a new Positive battery cable on the way since the current one is corroded and in rough shape. I was thinking it finally built up enough resistance to prevent starting... guess not.

 

Well, the rear lock/button and hatch release is part of this also.
Since there isn't any help so far I'll help myself through this and keep posting so someone can use it some day.

 

And the rear dome light draws 1A. I'm guessing the people who left their flashlight last time they were looking through vehicles came back and figured out there is a light in the rear. All they found were a bunch of empties though.

So to summarize the HORN DM fuse powers the horn, dome lights(front/rear) and the hatch release.
