98 Blazer Speedometer & Cruise controlled by BCM?

98 Blazer Speedometer & Cruise controlled by BCM?
Are the cruise control and speedometer controlled by the BCM in my 98 Blazer or are they controlled by the PCM?
Been having intermittent speedometer and cruise for a while now and trying to narrow it down. The VSS and cluster test good and I have checked the wiring from the VSS to the PCM and that seems to be ok. Tranny shifts fine. Just want to make sure I check every wire related to these units.
A wiring diagram or pin-out for all 3 of the connectors for the BCM would be of great help if anyone has any or knows where I could find one.
