Power lock switches and washer fluid pump quit at the same time. Are these on the same circuit? Where are these fuses located?

They are not on the same circuit. The power locks are on the MIR/LCK (#7 10A) & LCK PWR (#14 15A) fuses located in the I/P fuse panel off the end of the dash on the driver side. Both of these fuses are hot at all times from the battery.

The front windshield washer is powered off of the FRT WPR (#17 25A) fuse which is also located in the I/P fuse panel. This fuse is powered in ACC or RUN so power to it is controlled by the ignition switch.
