So I just purchased a 99 Bravado and it has a few things that need a little love.
One was a battery that was acting like it wasn't holding a charge always. Decided it was old and the Blazer needs a trans so I stole the battery from her.

As I was installing it a red wire caught my eye that looked bare so I pulled battery back out and it wasn't just bare it was cut in half. So I took battery tray out cleaned all connections on positive and negative wires. I noticed a relay box inside the fender by the horn though and now I'm wondering what that is....???
Can anybody tell me what it is and does my 98 blazer have it some place else?

Also this *Bravada is a California emission truck.
