Default Abs light

I have a 1996 Blazer that the abs light turns on after driving for a bit. I was wondering if thier is a way to diagnose if its a speed senor or a wheel sensor with out and ob2 with abs capiabilitys, my ob2 dosent read abs and i would hate to have to by another due to the cost. I read that you can check the ohms in order to see if the circuit is complete but i need to know what wire are for what tire.
