Default Abs no power help please

I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada and when we bought it the ABS light was on, so I replaced the hubs, and the ABS module its self with the one on my ls blazer that I know worked. I also put the and module from the bravada on my blazer and the light went out, so the modules them selves are fine. I had my family friend/ mechanic scan it with his snap on scanner, and the module is not even receiving power! I've searched high and low with no one else having the same issues, I've checked fuzes and they are fine, Please someone help me I'm about to get 2 feet of snow and I don't wanna wreck her.

If it is not getting power, then there is a problem with the external circuitry. Did you do a visual inspection of the wires that go to it?
