Default Another HID question

Ordered a set off eBay, and got them all hooked up, and the driver side doesn't work... Passenger side works great!! Driver side has always been dim, so I've been searching for ground problems, but don't kno where to look. I've flipped the polarity and everything. Any help is greatly appreciated, and if anyone needs more info to help just let me know.

Did you try swapping them from side to side to make sure its a ground issue and not a bad ballast? Unlikely but.....check the grounds?
