Bad ground?

So I'm starting to have some wiring problems. Basically I want to say it's a bad ground somewhere but I'm not sure. Whenever my car sits for more than a day and a half it dies. It's a new battery too. When I turn the car on the high beam gauge light turns on and turns off periodicly. When I turn the car off it stays on always. It's killing my battery and I hate having to jump it everytime it does sit that long (which isn't that much, I just want it to work right and have a more ease of mind). When the high beam guage turns on when the vehicle is running the high beams do turn on with it. I took the bulbs out so I dont blind anyone, but when the vehicle is off they do not turn on, just the gauge light does

I'm not sure if J-man01 cured his problem, but here is his thread on the subject:
Dash Cluster?
Found using "high+beam+indicator" as a search term.
