Best thing to keep battery cables from coroding every few days
What should I use to keep my battery cables from cording every week or two
|
Which terminal? Could mean the battery is under charging or overcharging depending on which side is corroded

Battery cables
Its always the hot side that gets coroded.
|
According to Google, that means it's overcharging.
I would make sure the post and terminal are clean, tight, and making a good connection. How old is the battery? If it's leaking, might speed up the corrosion. Maybe time for a new one |

After you have thoroughly cleaned both the posts and cable clamps, coat them with Vasoline to protect them from corrosion. |

Thank you
