Default Brake Lights.

Brake Lights not working.

This problem started when i replaced the head gaskets.

Looking at a wiring diagram, the brake light switch ground is located on the back of the cylinder head. I have checked these grounds, and i actually found one of them was off. Bolted it on, still no brake lights. does anyone know how many ground wires are attached toeach cylinder head?? so that way i can count how many i have got on, and how many there is supposed to be.

I just looked at mine because I have the motor out. The ground strap to the body is on the left head when looking from the front and on the right head there is two black wires to one eye and another single wire to one eye which get bolted to the right head.

I correct my error. I went out and took a quick look and gave you the wrong answer. In addition to the ground strap on the left side there are two wires that get bolted to the left head and two that get bolted to the right side.
