Default Bulldog RS1200B - Wont start

So, I was installing the system today and got all the proper wires connected to the proper wires. I followed the instructions in the guide to the T. For some reason it just wont start. When I trigger the key it cranks and acts like its about to start but it does, its like it dies. Seems like the Passlock II system is activating but I cant figure out why.

I Quadruple checked all my wires, made sure they are connected properly but no dice. I am able to turn the car on by key after about 10 minutes or so (seems to be about the time it takes for passlock to reset). I've kinda run out of ideas.

Lock/Unlock, Hatch works just fine.

Do you have the bypass hooked up correct? When I installed my remote start I got some wires backwards for the passlock and it just cranked and almost fired.

I can promise you something in the passock is wrong. What you have hooked up isn't sending the correct signal to the BCM. I know you said you checked. But focus on the passlock bypass wires.
