Ok well i just tried to get emission testing done and they wont pass me because the check engine light DOESNT come on when they first turn the key/start the car. I never knew this was an issue with emissions but whatever.

Anyways I took out the guage cluster and to my surprise the light was not a replaceable bulb but a soldered little light.

Is this an issue that can be fixed?

 

Get a new bulb and re-solder it
