Default Clockspring repair

I have airbag code b0026 and some testing led to the Clockspring. I opened it up and found the Rubin cable broke on both ends. Got those fixed but can't get it all back together now. It doesn't go back the way it came apart. Any help on how to re wind it would be great.

It may be simpler to get one from the recycling yard.

It would be if there was one closer than 2 or 3 hours from me. It looks like a fairly simple fix but nobody seems to have any instructions on doing it.
