Confused ok ok just inexperienced
My 99 zr2 just cranks over wont start,along with. That my headlights ,tailights. Wont turn off even with truck off and key out of ignition ...help please

Hmm...
...several issues here. Let's sort them out in order for those which can help to understand the problem(s).
1st the lights
Is the light switch in the "off" position?
Which lights "exactly" stay on? (You may have a look in the users manual to properly identify them)
- headlights
- front position lights
- turn signal lights
- DRL
- rear lights
Do the brake lights work with the key "out of the lock"?
How about your instrument cluster?
How are you going about it at this time? Do you pull the pole on the battery in order not to drain it?
A drained battery may also explain the no start issue.
