Default Dash/exterior lighting and Fog Lights

This isnt really a problem but more of something i would like to do mixed with something that is annoying me.

#1: My bravada has the digital dash which is kind of cool and probably was advanced for 94 but the one thing is that the dimmer switch is not working. So when i have the lights on when its raining during the day or in the evening I cant see a fricken thing on the dash. The dimmer will turn all the lights on in the car and make the dash like regular if i turn the dimmer wheel to the right all way and push up on it. (tried pushing up with the dash dimmer part, nothing) And it is way too dim to see and were i live you have to have your lights on if you have you wipers going (stupid but i understand why) and I was yelled at by a police officer earlier this week about it. Not like he was going to actually do anything but dont want to get pulled over for it later. The pic of the regular dash below ill try and get a pic of when the lights are on.

#2: Is that I dont think the car has brights (or high-beams) at all. I dont know if this is on all the first gen blazers or not but i know this car has no brights what so ever. Its the same GM turn/wiper lever that they have used since the 80's, heck our 03 Montana has a very similar lever. basically you pull on it as you would for brights and the is nothing. No click or even something on the dash to show for brights.

#3: I have an idea the would fix all of this but would not fix the actual problems. The Fog lights on this thing have been out for what it seems like decades. What i would like to do is replace the old Fogs and wire then on a separate switch so i can turn them on whenever. And get the brightest ones out there. I have sort of looked into bull bars and light bars but this is an AWD bravada not a 4x4 meant for off roading. It would look pretty stupid on this thing. Plus you can't put a bull bar (brush guard w/e) on these things cause GM removed the attachments for the Olds and i dont own a welder. A friend does and he even has the right bull bar for 85-94 blazers/jimmy (think its a westin with KC lights) pic below very similar. He has been wanting to sell it to me ever since i got my big truck and said he would put them on the Olds.

Anyone who has any ideas or thoughts or even a suggestion on good fogs is more then welcome. just looking for advice and price on fogs doesnt matter but needs to be reasonable. and i tried looking the dimmer part up, but no one has a solution to the dash problem, thanks

I am going to try and take apart the Dimmer switch this weekend and see what i can do.

But does anyone even know if these bravada's had brights? It kind of hard to see on the digy dash where the high beam logo is but it doent click or even try to switch the lights.

The other thing is that are there any good driving lights any one can recommend? Right now i am look at KC hilites but i need the wiring cause the original fog wiring is totally shot. Oh and forget about the bull bar its going on my K1500 (it was meant for c/k series not Blazers)

Idk if this will help anyone (it is pretty easy) but w/e and dont really care

could help replacing dimmer, headlight, rear window defrost or wiper switches.

2 Philips head screws for fogs
2 Philips head screws for headlight and stuff panel
panel slides down and out
4 small Philips head screws for bracket holding dimmer and head lights in.
Slide old one out and new one in and put everything back
