Question Dashboard backlights, Chime and overhead Display out at the same time.

Hello, I am fairly new here, so please excuse me if I don’t include enough information. I will be happy to provide any additional data that is needed.
My 1999 Blazer suddenly has a few problems at once, most likely related, but I cannot confirm it yet. The dashboard backlights do not turn on with the headlights, the chime no longer works, and the overhead display shut off completely. This happened right around the time that I changed the 4wd actuator cable and when I changed my rear camera out (used existing wire). I have read that it could possibly be the dimmer switch for the dash lights, but weird that the other things are happening too. All idiot lights work and gauges are fine, just cannot see them in the dark.

Thank you in advance!

Default Progress

I made a little progress on this just now. After doing deeper research in the fuse box, I found that the fuse labeled "Interior lights" was not blown, but also had no power. If I jump that fuse, everything went back to normal, except the dimmer switch does not work. Does anyone know if the power goes to the switch, and possibly from the switch to that fuse? This could mean that the switch is bad... Looking for more information before diving into the dash. Thank you again!
