Default Dimming Lights

Alright my blazer's lights are normal when just normal driving, but when I floor it my lights get really dim.......

Alternator?

Just got a new battery so thats not the problem.

Edit: 2000 chevy blazer 4door 4x4 (if relevant haha)

get it tested at your local auto parts

I recently helped someone swap an alternator a few weeks ago in a parking lot
