Default Dome Lights Stay On Constantly

I Have A 1994 GMC Jimmy And Ever Since I Messed With My Radio Wiring My Dome Lights Won’t Turn Off. When I Got The Truck It Didn’t Have Any Radio It In So I Was Trying To Put A New One In And It Seemed Like Something Sparked And Then They All My Lights Just Stay On. I Thought It Was Just A Bad Dimmer Switch But Bought A New One And It Didnt Change Anything. I’ve Checked Fuses But None Of Them Are Blown. I Figure It Has Something To Do With The Radio Since It Messed Up Whenever I Was Messing With It. Also, My The Dinging From The Beeper Box Wouldn’t Stop Beeping Either. So I Removed The Box And The Lights. Any Ideas?

Have you checked all the relays for the accessory power?

Where did you get the power for the always-on circuit in the radio? Any chance you tapped into the dome light circuit and it's now grounding through the radio (completing the circuit) instead of through the door switches?

I Don’t Think The Wire To The Radio Is Connected, My Aftermarket Radio I Guess Didnt Have The Option For It. I Had A Guy From A Sound Shop Wire It In Because I Couldn’t Get It. I’m Not Good With Wiring So I Don’t Know Much About It

That Could Be A Possibility That The Guy Did Something With It But It Messed Up When I Was Messing With It And He Completely Re Did My Horrible Wiring
