Hey everybody, are these supposed to light up in our cars? If so, what's the most likely reason that they're out?

 

Yes they should light up. The most likely reason they aren't on is that the bulbs are burned out, but it could also be that the bulbs aren't getting power or ground for some reason. The easiest way to tell is to pop the panel off and pull a bulb or two out and see if the filament is broken.
