Unhappy Door wiring 2000 Trailblazer

I recently swapped the drivers door on my 2000 Trailblazer with one I picked up off Craigslist for $100. It is off a 2 door model I think he said it was a 99 and we were in a hurry to get it on so we just swapped them and joined like color wires and hoped for the best. The power locks work with the key fob but none of the switches on the actual door work to lock or work the windows. Also the other window controls now are dead. I still have the original cluster that works the window and locks out of my old door and can hook it back up but there are 5 orange wires that aren't marked in any way and looking back I probably should have marked them but didn't. So do they need to be hooked back up in a certain order or are they just power to the various doors?
