OK - hopefully we are zeroing in. I just found the schematic for 2002 that shows all things connected to the downside of ECMB fuse.
Don't see anything about the oil pressure - but the Evap Canister Purge solenoid is on this circuit. As I understand this is a 2002 S10 pickup. Assume it is a 2WD 4.3 liter?.

Have you thought about trying to pull the fuse relay center apart? Maybe there is some damage inside that is causing the problem. Or swapping the entire fuse relay center with one from a yard with a similar layout/option-set (there were 3 different fuse relay boxes from what I remember based on trim level & options installed from the factory, but they might have simplified it in the later 2nd gens as they slowed down production). If I had to guess, it would be somewhere in the vicinity of the fuel pump relay as there is power & ground in close proximity to each other.

It's a separate device located in the immediate vicinity of the canister, connected with a tube. Vents the canister.

Gotta give Swartlkk credit where credit is due. He got me back on track with the other circuits that are on ECMB (if indeed I am back on track)!

So apparently before i got the truck they had an issue with the trans getting power, so from the back of the cluster fuse 11 on the side of the dash they placed a very half assed inline fuse a 20 amp fuse, the wire then runs under the carpet through the slots where you apply the "kick plate?" Clips and then under the truck to a very poorly made splice on the 12v wire that supplys the transmission i found this by accident and havemt had time to go in and check it out but is there any relation? From the ecm b and the power side of the trans?
