Default Electrical issues with 1998 Blazer

Everything on the dash, including all the warning lights, come on and won't turn off. When you turn off the vehicle, all those lights stay on. Sometimes you can turn the truck on and off again a couple of times and they will turn off, but something is staying on because it is draining the battery. I know nothing about electrical issues and have no clue where to start. Ideas?

Welcome to the forum. You tube parasitic drain test to learn the procedure and perform it on both fuse panels to find which circuit is draining the battery. Solving that issue first may correct the cluster problem.
