i have a four door, mid-size, 1997 blazer, i don't know much about cars and this is my first car and im sorry if there is a thread about these issues already. We've had a few problems with the car. The horn doesn't work, the back window glass doesn't open, and every time we try to change the fuse it blows. Also, all of the lights on my dash and the radio lights have stopped working and now my tail lights don't work. My dad think its an electrical problem, like i said previously i know close to nothing about cars, any ideas on what it is and how to fix it?

It sure sounds like your dad's assessment is correct, but that is pretty general. You have listed a lot of different circuits which compounds the diagnosis of where the problem lies. Basically, you have to attempt to isolate the circuits from their respective components that they connect to and test. There are other threads concerning the diagnostic process and I am sure that someone could come up with some wiring diagrams if you choose to dig into it.
