Default Fusible link under Battery Tray

I have a 98 Blazer with intermittent charging of the alternator. The alternator has tested good. Could a faulty fusible link under the Battery tray be the cause. If so how can I fix or replace it?

do a "voltage drop test" on the wires coming off the battery and clean up your grounds right there your DVM is gonna be your best buddy
