ground problem

where is the ground point on the rear of this trucks?

Isn't the whole chassis a ground point? Or do you mean something else?

i was thinking that to but the ground on the lock at the back gate is gone. wire is there just not grounding

Yeah, I would just find an existing bolt and take it out, scratch the paint off next to the bolt, and attach the wire to the bolt with a ring connector.
