Default GRRRR Electical!

Ok, so I HATE HATE HATE when someone messes around with things they know nothing about. I was doing research on here about the rear glass opener and I went out and popped my hatch to mess with mine. The actuator is gone but I was trying to see if I could have made something to put there for I can open the rear window. Anyways, while I was back there, I decided to check my third brake light to see why that dont work. I unscrewed it from the top and didnt see anything. So I went back inside and took the top trim piece off to follow the wires. And what did I find? A freaking rats nest of wires!!!!! Someone hacked it all up, theres different colored wires running to other different colored wires. Butt crimps and electric tape galore! My Blazer is just one hunk of crap that someone put together! ALready figured out that the dash is from a 98 or newer Blazer. The map lights only work in reverse. The compass doesnt work right. GRRR!!! Had I known that it had so many issues, I would have kept my Dodge Dakota!! I dont get why people have to mess with things like that! If you dont know what you are doing, take it to someone who does! If you know what youre doing, do it right to begin with!! Sorry everyone, Im just venting!!! This poor Blazer actually runs great. But the electrical is goofy!! I am gonna take to someone about trading it for his 94 Yukon GT 2door. Maybe its not so messed up!
