Default Head Light not working

I noticed that my drivers side bright head light was out. So I figured it's the bulb and I went and bought a new one. It still doesn't work. So I stripped back some of the wiring and everything seems ok.

The new head light works in the other side so I know it's good. Do you think it's a bad connector or something else. I'm not very good when it comes to electrical so I don't really know what to test.

Check the headlight connection. Not sure on which year you are talking about, but there could be corrosion on the headlight connection.

The blazer is a 2002 and the connector didn't have any visable corrotion. I think I'll try and test it with a multimeter, should there be a certain number of volts or anything when it's turned on?
