Red face Headlights Are Not Working

Can someone help me Plzzzzzz.. I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer. My headlights recently stopped working. Daytime running still work. I bought this vehicle used and have had nothing but problems for a year now Anyhow, I have been hearing this ticking sound from the relay access in the glove box. When it happens, the daytime symbol light flickers, then would stop. Now my Lights do not work at all. Are one of those relays for the headlights?? Can I just replace the relay unit?? Chevy dealer wants $60-$130 just to check it... NOT!!! I am a single mom, I can't afford that crap!!! Lol.. Any help/suggestions would be Very much appreciated...

It sounds like your DRL relay has gone bad. It is located behind the glove box. You can swap it for one of the other relays in that location. There should be 3 or 4 relays in this location, fuel pump, horn, DRL, and fog (if equiped). Once you identify the horn relay (have someone toot the horn while you touch each of the relays to feel for which one activates), swap it with the DRL relay and see if your lights work again.

Here are some diagrams for you:

Question Headlights

Thanks. I will try that. I have 3 relays. One was making a ticking sound, the last one. How do I know which one is the DRL relay?
