Default help!

Hi, I have a 97 blazer ls. Recently my dash lights for my gauges stopped working, along with my parking lights, rear wiper and 4 wheel drive. I checked all the fuses on the side of the dash and I just can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Can someone please lead me in the right direction? ..

Thanks.

All that stuff is fed on the same circuit. Basically one circuit with two fuses: #3 20 amp fuse and #23 10 amp fuse. Turn the headlights on and check both of the termianls on both fuses, don't remove the fuses while testing them.

Yes. You can use a test light or a DVOM.
