Default HIDs not working

Came home last night from work to find my DDM HID kit on the front steps. Ran to the garage and installed one side. Turned it on to see if it worked and nothing. Switched both ballasts and HIDs and nothing. I left a message with DDM and I'm assuming the ballasts are bad. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Its directly plug and play and you cannot mess it up.

from what I understand you can mess them up.

reverse the plug and it should work(plug in the hid plug to your truck harness backwards) and it should work

Yea, Mack told me it is reverse polarity. So the connection between stock and HID should be backwards and taped!

So your saying leave all the wiring the same on the actual hid kit but plus into the harness backwards?

I will try it in a little bit

DDM Tuning.

My only complaint now lol is the bulbs were put it with the letter "T" on top and both headlights were correctly seated and the one headlight is aimed higher and the light output is a different shape. They are very bright though. I took it for a test drive and I was happy with the results.
