Ideas for off road lights
I need ideas for ways to install my off road light.
Ideas? P.s. I have a 2002 4x4 blazer 4 door I will post photos this weekend |
Depends on where you want them. On the roof, on your bumper, brushgaurd, bull bar, light bar, roof rack, roof basket... You have lots of choices.

check out my setup. It's a piece of angle iron with holes in it basically. sturdy too!
sorry it's dirty, but they're the only pix i have of the lights. they've been up there for a few years with no ill effects. http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...0406-00041.jpg http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...0406-00046.jpg http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...0406-00042.jpg I've also had my lights under the bumper http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...h_100_1183.jpg http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...h_100_1179.jpg As well as a kind of mix that I have now http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...h_100_1349.jpg http://i365.photobucket.com/albums/o...h_100_1351.jpg I can probablyly dig up more pix if you need'm |
I went with a bumper mount. Bumper is sturdy steel so be sure to measure everything first
Just need a drill, punch, measuring tape, masking tape, and silicon sealant. https://blazerforum.com/forum/member...ghts-21735.jpg ETA - Pic taken at an angle so it might look like things are offcenter. And I'll just post the rest as links so I don't overload your thread with my pics. low beams alone high beams |
