Arrow Interior Electrical Issue! Please Help!!

1998 Blazer 4.3l.
To start off, the illuminations don't work and air blows from the vents but all it does is blow air on every setting. I checked all the fuses and connections for the dials but I can't figure it out. If anyone has any info. on this please fill me in.
Thank you.
