I found the problem, it's the fuse.
But now I have to find out what fuse is for the blower!
I've made a picture of the fusebox, can someone tell me what fuse is for the blower?

I believe that the fuse all the way up at the top (yellow 20A fuse) is the one for the A/C & Heater. But who knows... That fuse box looks like someones done quite a bit of alterations to it...
