Default LED's for dash...

okay so after reading threads for about an hour I started to get really confused and such but I would like some help..

I want to put LEDs behind my dash I read that there are 6 lights? what is it all that I need and where can I order them??? I want to give my dash a whole new modern look. Thanks

Well that depends on what you are working on. (what year blazer/jimmy/bravada)

95-97 has 5 T10 bulbs in the dash.

98+ has 6 T10 bulbs in the dash.

Then you can also change out the HVAC lights to match as well.

oh sorry I totally forgot to mention that haha its a 1999 Chevy Blazer 4.3L v6 4 door.

and what are the hvac lights? is there a site that you guys recommend on ordering from ? i might want to do all the interior lights aswell since im on it..

Well I got almost all of my leds from superbrightleds.com and they are great. If you take a look at my sig you can follow the link and there you will be able to see what you need to do the whole interior. Just make sure to follow the 98+ list as the others may be different.

The HVAC is the heater and AC controls.

Let me know if you have questions before you order or you may need to return some leds.

BAhaha yea that wouldnt be fun :P nice avatar picture by the way ! So all the leds are plug and play right? And maybe some soldering?

The only ones that require soldering, I haven't listed a type of led to use. All of the ones I listed are plug and play.

So when you are swapping out all of the bulbs, do you have to buy new bases? Or do the LEDs just plug into them?

You need new bases for the gauges, I'm not sure if you need them for the hvac or not.
