Legal??
Without even looking (its loading in another window) I can tell ya blue is illegal. I'm looking at yellow in PA and fed but I think they might be fine. Again I'm checking so don't go out and buy yellow without checking or I find out for sure.
No blues as I thought
Pennsylvania Code 67-173 Lighting for Emergency and Authorized Vehicles
I can't open pdf files on my phone (sorry) so you'll have to look for the tables that list approved light colors.

Good luck, I know some fogs are yellow but not sure how that plays into running lights. PA has some picky picky lighting laws.

Thanks a lot! Apparently only emergency vehicles can have yellow or amber colored lights, same with blue....I saw a tow truck last week with green headlights driving down the highway.....guess that's legal? IDK, My neighbor has a 350z with yellow fog lights he drives with. He says he never got pulled over yet...I might take the chance
It also states that my offroad lights need to have a cover on them that light cannot protrude out of while on the highway....I don't have covers on mine and haven't been pulled over...

I have been running tinted plate covers on my car for 12 years and never stopped over it
It is illegal just no one has bothered to ticket or warn me about it
I had to take the car to the local police station after a minor accident to report and the paper pusher that came out and photographed the damage made mention of them and that I could be ticketed
Just because the stuff is available and you see it on the street doesnt meen its legal
If it is in question it does kind of give police a reason to stop you
If you dont want to be stopped dont wave a flag
