I posted this thread a while ago hoping to figure out how to keep a vcm/pcm/ecu alive outside of its vehicle. Long story short the thread is now closed. However...

I wired an OBDII connector to the PCM.
I connected the battery+, Ignition Feed 1, and Ignition Feed 2 wires of the PCM to the battery's positive terminal.
I grounded the PCM and the OBDII Port to the battery's negative terminal.
Well... Success!
